Duties and Responsibilities

Administrative support services provided to facilitate productivity of the Sales Director and the Sales Team
Manage diaries effectively
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation
Coordinate training and events
Provide secretarial relief to Senior Managers when required
Process payments timeously
Process tenders to enhance orders
Set up appointments with stakeholders

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications & Experience:

Matric with certificate in Office Management or equivalent
1 – 2 years’ secretarial function on an executive level
Experience of diary management/researching and booking of travel and accommodation
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint at intermediate level
Excellent verbal and written skills
Planning and organizing skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize and work to deadlines
Excellent negotiation skills
Tender management experience an added advantage
