• Collect documentation from Driver on arrival of Trucks on site
• Ensure all documentation is handed to over to the co-ordinator for processing
• Conduct inspections on all vehicles according to food safety standards
• Re-direct all trucks in the yard according to differences in raw wheat
• Liase with the Intake Department on stock arriving on site to ensure efficient off loading
• Co-ordinate and monitor the turn around time of truck entering the yard
• Ensure proper house keeping of the yard and facilities in the yard

Qualification Requirements
o Matric
Experience Requirements
o 1-2 years’ Experience in similar environment will be an advantage
o Wheat knowledge will be an advantage
